We build gaming peripherals that we're proud to use ourselves. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. No hassle, no runaround.
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for most products. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns unless covered by warranty.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original packaging (preferred but not required for mice/keyboards)
- Free from physical damage (drops, liquid spills, dents, scratches)
- Include all original accessories (cables, dongles, adapters, extra keycaps)
- Headsets must be unworn for hygiene reasons — ear pads cannot be returned after use
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us through our Contact page or email returns@apexgear.gg within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (US addresses only)
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label
- Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
Refund Timeline & Method
- Refund amount: Full product price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Processing time: 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Credit back to: Original payment method (3-5 additional business days for card payments, 1-2 days for PayPal)
- Total expected time: 10-15 business days from ship to refund
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will ship a replacement within 2 business days or process a full refund including shipping
- We cover return shipping for our errors
Non-Returnable Items
- Used headsets (hygiene)
- Opened mousepads (cannot be re-sold)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago (see Warranty)
- Software or digital products (lifetime subscriptions)
Warranty Claims
For manufacturing defects beyond 30 days:
- Mice & Keyboards: 2-year limited warranty
- Headsets & Controllers: 1-year limited warranty
- Mousepads & Accessories: 6-month limited warranty
Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order confirmation email). We will repair or replace at our discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
